I hope I convd to those ag for help or opinions that I'm not at all an expert, merely gave my thoughts, words of wisdom from my ps, or just honest concern or support. I think this board is such a great support and encouragement! I know I'm going to need it in the following weeks when no one in my household wants to hear my griping and complaining anymore!
Oh...and I have to ask Lisa, are you a S.F. Giants fan or N.Y. Giants fan? I've been curious forever. I grew up in the Bay Area so my husband and I still follow the S.F. Giants even though we're now in and are true fans!!

Good luck, don't freak out after. It sucks at first but not too bad and not for too long. I had major and virtually no bruising, I think the and vit c did the trick. so if you haven't considered the arnica montana, I suggest you get the pellets asap, start them now as well as at least 500 of Vit c. My healing has be phenom. (these were both rec by ps as well as , which I also took! ) You are gonna do great! and it is sooooo coooool afterwards......even in this 100 plus heat!!

Tell me about it, if we could just get a break from this heat!!! My ps had me get the Sinnech so I'll start taking that the day before and I've been taking a vit C pill once in the morning and once at night. I due tend to bruise easily so I'll probably have some doozies from the . Oh well. Thanks for all the well wishes, my daughters are a little nervous for me, but I'm just excited! Woo hoo!
