GOOD MORNING, I AM NEW TO THIS SITE. I STUMBLED UP ON THIS SITE LOOKING UP INFO ABOUT TT'S. MY CONSULTATION IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY 24TH. I AM SO EXCITED. MORE EXCITED AFTER READING AND SEEING SO MANY BEAUTIFUL RESULTS. WOW! YOU GUYS LOOK GREAT. I CAN IMAGINE HOW GREAT IT FEELS TO BE BACK TO WHERE YOU WERE B/F KIDS. I HAVE 3 SMALL BOYS AND I'M 32. TRUST WHEN I SAY I AM STRETCHED OUT. IF I'D KNOWN WHAT I KNOW NOW I WOULD'VE BEEN GOT THIS SURGERY DONE. MY WEIGHT IS OK, IT'S MY STOMACH THAT'S HORRIFYING. I CAN'T WAIT TO BE ABLE TO WALK AROUND W/O A AND W/ MY BELLY SHOWING. I'VE HID IT FOR SO LONG, 11 YRS, AND I CAN'T WAIT. HOPEFULLY I'LL HAVE A GREAT , RESEARCHED HIM AND HE IS CERTIFIED BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY PATIENT COMMENTS, THAT'S WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR. I GUESS NO BAD INFO IS A GOOD SIGN. THIS FORUM HAS BEEN REALLY HELPFUL FOR ME. LOOKING @ YOU ALL S AND READING YOU ALL COMMENTS HAS ME IN THE RIGHT MIND SET. I KNOW THE QUESTIONS I NEED TO ASK AND I KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. Congratulations on your upcoming consultation, Its good that you found this site before going I wish I had more information and know what to ask. As far as how long for surgery after consultation, It took 7 weeks to schedule mine, they had a full schedule before that. I guess all depends on your Ps.

You must be so excited. I found this site even more useful and addictive after my surgery so I could see how everyone else was doing and looking at the same stages I was in. I was able to get in for surgery about a month after my consultation so not too long. It goes by fast. Good luck and keep us posted.

Welcome to the site. I joined MMH in March, just after my initial PS consultation. It has been a life saver. There is so much information and an awesome support system.
My surgery was scheduled for just over a month after my consultation. The time flew by so fast. Good luck and please ask questions.

I was sitting in your shoes in feb. and after all I read and researched here I knew for sure I wanted to do this and now even after a month post op I am soooo happy! I'm 34 and only one son did it for me but I was pregnant at 18 so for all my real adult life I've hidden my belly and now well I may not show it off to everyone but I have sooo much more confidence in myself. Trust me you wont regret it! Good luck to you!

Hi Nina and welcome to the TT forum. So glad to have you here. Pay attention to the posts, for they may be very informative. Go ahead and ask any questions that pop into your mind.
As far as how soon surgery was after consultation, it just depends on PS schedule. I had my consultation in January and my pre op on March 6th and my surgery on March 8th. I was glad it was scheduled that way because of my work schedule. It just fit into what me and my family had going on.
