I had whole incision lowered. Still swollen..at least 1-2 inches on waist! But it is much better then last week. I was in NYC and walked and irritated it soo much. BB was revised 6 wks ago..its being pulled still from swelling but its bigger now!!

How far around does your extension go and did they do that using local?
The reason for all my questions is I will probably have to have the same thing done. Take a look at my s; they are a lot worse than yours. You can see my Big dog ears. I am 7 weeks post-op and my PS wants to wait until any swelling goes down and I agree.
I also had a question about a something you posted along time ago. You said that your anesthesia was not the regular intubation and I wanted to know if you could explain what they did with you. I told the anesthesiologist that I have a very sensitive throat and the intubation, in the past, was worse than the surgery. I would get a very sore and swollen throat . He said he would use a different procedure and he half explained it but I had already been sedated so I can't remember all of what he said.
If you had the same thing, can you give me the name of this type of intubation.

Thanks andi am very happy..the other was so small..a was constricting it and its almod shape now..cant tell with this new swelling! Its easy for the PS to fix.
In the one pic from today you cansee how far it goes..around hip. I had more loose there so I told PS take it off!!!
I had LMA....laryngeal mask anaesthesia. The airway goes partially down but not like a regular endo tube. Hope that helps!
