Okay, I had my FTT and MR 1 year ago. I went in today and I'm going in 2 weeks for my revision and I'm paying $1,000.00 . Anyone else had to pay for their revisions? I'm not real happy about this. Considering I've already payed 10K. Thanks for your answers!

I have not had my revision yet, I am supposed to go in next month and discuss it. I had of my hips along with TT in September and I will need revision of lipo and . My lipo actually turned out lopsided, so my right side is actually bigger than my left My scar is pretty dark so I will be getting both fixed. My PS will not be charging me for his time, but I will have to pay for the OR and anesthesiologist, anywhere from $400 - $1000 total depending on how long the whole thing takes. I am pretty down about the whole thing, I spent about 6k and I am unhappy with how I look, I went shopping for pants yesterday and I haven't gone down a single size, not surprising I guess since I haven't lost an ounce either.

What in the world is that sore on your tummy? Is that what they refer to as necrosis?
I noticed in some s you could see a tiny spot that was similar to the big one...like maybe the size of the tip of your pinkie? I have 2 places like those. I'm cleaning them with peroxide. The PS said that it was from pulled stitches, I think.
By any chance do you smoke? If not what was that & what caused it?
If you didn't/don't smoke and did nothing to cause that, then I think it should be fixed for free.

I posted about the same thing earlier. I saw my PS on friday to discuss revisions. I will be 4 months post op on the 27th. I will have to pay $1,100 for mine. I am not very happy about it either.

I had revisions and didnt pay a thing..revised the left side of the and extended it on the sides. I am doing the BB next month..scar is constricting it. It was all done in the office under local.

I just had a major revision of my - my PS basically recut me from hipbone to hipbone to cut out some thick scar tissue and to pull up the on my pubic area to get rid of my Ken Doll. It was all done in his office under a local and he didn't charge me a thing. I think the new scar will look a lot better, and my Ken Doll is gone!

A Ken doll is the puffiness a lot of women experience in the pubic area after a TT. Swelling is common after a TT and a lot of the time it seems to settle in that area, giving the appearance of having Ken's private area. Remember Barbie and Ken dolls and how they looked? That pretty much explains it!

Ok, I had an idea that's what it was, but wasn't sure. I've had some swelling there, but I guess that's to be expected. My PS told me at one of my post op visits that he'd 'd that area too because I was so flat after my lipo & TT that he had to lipo that area to make it "match".

Yes, that extra little sore on my incision was also in fact, nerosis(dead ). The whole healing process was something I never want to go through again!
I am happy about the results though.

I don't really see why you should have to pay for the revision considering all you went through.
