I'm glad to see your infection is getting much better. What a difference between week 3 & 4. You should be good as gold here in a bit.

Take care of yourself!

Answer:

Hey Mel How did you dr. treat the cellulitis? You made big improvement between week 3 and 4. Ok so now let there be no more setbacks and only smooth sailing and healing from here on out. By the way, your tummy and bb look great.
Answer:

Thanks for the kind thoughts, ladies...I'm feeling MUCH better this week. I'm starting to accomplish things now, Went shopping several times (only cause I had to). I'm still not 100% upright but getting there. I do see so much improvement from week to week that i am happy w/ the way I'm healing. I ended up seeing all 3 surgeons in the PS office and they all assure me I'm going to love my results. So, no worries - just have to 'take my licks'...The Cellulitis is being treated w/ an antibiotic called Augmenten - 2x daily. And I'm actually thankful I got the blister so the infection & fatty necrosis is able to be expelled much faster - it's still seeping today. I'm trying to keep up on my , drink 100% juice for Vit. C, and still doing deep-breathing exercises when I think of it. That and patience is all I can do - I'll keep you updated.

BTW - I finally got my pics. developed of my actual TT surgery. Pretty intense looking at myself cut open like that! I need to learn how to use my scanner and make an album of that!
Answer:

Mel-

How did you get actual s of your TT surgery? It sounds like it was your camera.
Answer:

Yup, I originally asked my surgeon if he'd take a of the he cut off and he instantly said, "Sure". I bought one of those 'one-use' (disposable) cameras...As they were wheeling me in the OR and I gave him the camera, I said feel free to take all the pics. you want of the TT even, so he handed the camera to a nurse and put her "in charge" (his words). - Pretty cool.

He also told me, one woman getting a BA the week before wanted a picture of herself during surg. w/ one implant in and the other still itty-bitty. I got tickled over that - I think he did, too.
Answer:

Thanks Mel-

I go for my pre-op on jthe 16th. I will definitely have to ask about "in process s". If you figure out how to get them uploaded I would love to see them.
Answer:

Mel,
I'm so glad you're feeling better. Your poor belly has got to be happy too!
You sound like your head is in the right place and that's half the battle!
Keep it up, girl, you're looking so good!
Answer:

Stef, I took a look at your pic. album again and WOW girl! Your mid-section is so nice and flat! (atleast in the morn, huh?) I have to admit the does look like it's working on your SMs. (I wasn't convinced earlier the sh*t works but I'm wrong a-plenty!)...Must be so strange to go back 'home' to New Orleans and seeing the ruins still. Was the 2007 Mardi Gras still as big an event as ever?...
