Question:
Ok is it just me or has anyone else noticed that there stomach doesn't rest on there thighs while using the facilities? This has been my only WOW moment to date and I thought I would share.
Well that and when my 9 year old son wanted to see my incision. So I called for him to come in after my shower. I said see my tummy is flat now. His response, "yeah but your butt is still big". I love that kid. I then grabbed my stomach because it hurt so bad to laugh. LOL If anyone else is in need of a compliment and would like to get in touch with my son, please don't hesitate to contact me - LOL

Callanetics....the greatest butt exercises ever!!! But it is a fairly old exercise tape, so I got mine from borders.com. I just recommended it to Swebby too...but I don't think she has been able to try it b/c she is still too tender.
You really can't get better butt exercises and believe me I have done them all...Yoga, Taebo, Aerobics, The Firm, Susan Powter, Pilates...
Callanetics it is answer when it comes to butts/thighs.
BTW you look terrific. You are really having great results. You must be thrilled to look this great at only 2 weeks. It will get even better.
Just be ready for next week, a lot of us got very depressed during the 3-4 week time. I am just now coming out of my slump and I hope I don't go back in. I just wanted to warn you, hopefully you wont go thru it at all.

ok. while we are on WOW moments, I used to pull on pantyhose and then pull my tummy up so it wasn't hanging down, ya know trying to smooth everything out. Don't have to do that anymore!!
