Eating plan for Hypoglycemics..

Thanks, Marie. I guess I'll just have to get used to judging how I feel by what I eat. It's kinda confusing at first.. for me anyways. I ate eggs the other days and I didn't feel that good afterwards. And today, I had a slice of pizza (a no no, right?).. well, it made me feel better!? =\ I also had a spoon full of peanut butter for protein after the slice of pizza. I've been keeping my sugar level anywhere from 90-120.. is that good?? 'Cause in those lvls, I feel alright. Im having bad headaches though.. but I dunno what's the cause of that. =\ I have a list of the foods I've been eating & I'm going to show them to my doctor next week. I'll make a list of what I eat tomorrow, if you want. =)
Thanks for replying, Flintrock. I understand how you feel, I had to bring snacks with me to school. I heard orange juice is really good to bring your blood sugar back up.. but I also heard it'll bring it up and back down fast.. which is bad? So, I'm still confused about alot of things. =\

you really should have some source of protein with each meal to help stabilize the blood sugars.

I've been eating the crap outta eggs, lol. And I'm a vegetarian, well.. about 90% one, lol. I have to eat 'em with lots of cheese though. =P I've also been eating lots of almonds & peanuts for protein. =)
