Question:
My dad was diagnosed with ureter cancer last week. He had his ureter, kidney and part of his bladder removed. I am searching for the best doctor, best hosital and best treatment to treat his cancer. This is a very rare form of cancer and I have exhausted myself trying to locate even 1 single person who has ever had or known anyone with this cancer. We are willing to go anywhere in the U.S. for help. Distance does NOT matter. If anyone can help me out in any way possible, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You. There are several wonderful cancer centers in the US and the two that come to mind immediately are Sloane Kettering in New York City, and MD ANderson in Texas (Dalla, I think). Also, you may want to check out the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. Also, go the American Cancer Society Wedsite for additional information and resources. chris
