Rison under arm

Question:
I am plagued with risons (not sure of spelling) under one arm. I have had as many as 9 at one time. Sometimes they will bust, sometimes not, most of the time I have to stick a needle in it. Everytime they go away I get another a few weeks later. They hurt like crazy. Any ideas what I can do to get rid of them for good. Also what causes them?
Thanks
Lynn
Answer:

I have never heard of a rison, what exactly is it?and what causes them?i am assuming by what you described that it is like some type of a small bump or something.Could you post a little more info? Thanks
Answer:

It is like a boil. It is hard and about the size of a dime. Sometimes they will come to a head but mostly they don't. When they do bust, it will have blood and pus in it.

hi lynn,i was going through the web when i came across your query.i myself have suffered from painfull lump's under both my arm's since late 2000 and the symptoms match pretty much your own.they usually appear as a small painfull lump, then within a day they grow, not always coming to a head.they usually last for a week, possiblly two,but then disappear only to resurface normally a couple of week's later.i have had them swobbed, yet results come back negative.i also had my doctor take a urine sample which came back negative for diabeties.like yourself i am slowly being driven insane by them.have you had any luck since your posting in finding out what they are.you can either post a reply or[ removed ] many thank's for now.take care, chris
