Symtoms of what?

Question:
For the last few days, I have been experiencing periodic (very brief) shots of pain. Sharp! They occur in different regions at different times. Sometimes, around the stomach region, rectal region (as if my rectal region/sphincter is contracting!!) and even on the tip of my penis, maybe urethra??
I have no other symptoms such as nausea/loss of appetite, severe stomach aches and I'm going to the loo regularly. My stool appears normal but not too sure about urine?
Any ideas, can anyone help? Please!
Could it be just an infection or anything more serious!?
Thank you and appreciate any answers!
Answer:

Does it hurt when you pee? If it does, you might have a urinary tract infection. If I remember right, with a UTI your pee can be cloudy. See your GP doc if it continues. Good luck with everything.
Answer:

Sharp pain and cramps together with your suspiction that the urine might be changed is strongly suggestive for kidney or uretral stones. Some little ones (up to 5 mm) can be excreted occasionally and this causes you pain in urethra. Maybe you will be able to catch one (pick it from the toillet or you can pie in a glass covered with a gauze). If you find it, show it to the doctor, but don't put off the visit just for that. Dg is first with US and urine test, later with contrast RTG investigation. Th is crushing the stones with US from outside (surgery is usually not necessary). Untreated stones can lead to severe infection or dilatation of kidneys.
