My ex boyfriend is suicidal. He sent me an email saying that he has taken several hydrocodine pills as well as several other pills. I know that he has recently been taking lots of sleeping pills too. I need to know, as soon as possible, what hydrocodine is and how lethal it is. Please, can somebody help me??

I don't know what the maximum dosages for hydrocodine are...basically, it's a painkiller.
If your boyfriend is suicidal, you need to call the police asap, explain the situation, and have them go to your boyfriend's apartment and check on him. Most police departments will be very understanding of the circumstances, and will be able to get him to the hospital if necessary, or get him to a mental health facility, even in the middle of the night, where he can be evaluated (he will not be involuntarily committed unless they think he's truly a danger to himself, and he will be evaluated first.)
THIS IS NOT SOMETHING TO FOOL AROUND WITH! His life may be at stake, and you are far better off over-reacting than taking a chance with his life. I hope you have contacted the police where your boyfriend lives already. If not, PLEASE DO SO IMMEDIATELY!
