Interesting question, in Dec '05, I used 409 Cleaner and became very sick from the toxins, less than a week later my temperature sky-rocketed to 104 degrees for 4 days, then about a week later I had my very first sinuitis.
I've had post nasal drip over the last 2 years with this illness, the sicker I am the more drippage I have. When I feel good, it subsides and I don't have the problem. I have also noticed it seems to be related to histamine, which seems to malfunction with CFS, somewhat. Or is triggered, somehow to work overtime! Have you experienced itching episodes, too or rashes? Seems to all be related. (Food 4 thought) uvm

I've had more sinus problems ever since around the time of my CFIDS diagnosis (11-12 years or so ago)--I can't remember a day without sinus drainage (yuck!). I seem to have sinusitis almost constantly (pain in the cheeks and forehead area, esp.). I also have pressure at times in my ears, which I think is somehow connected to the sinuses. I'm assuming you have sinus problems, too. Have you found anything that helps?

Have you tried sinus irrigation? There is a little device called the NetiPot that you use (1 cup of hot water and salt) to flush out your sinus. It seem to be helping a little, but it won't help my deviated spetum which is the real problem. You might want to give irrigation a try.

There is a Sinus Rinse also available through your local PCP or GP, I was given it to try, and it works just like the type that Natalie suggested.
